Now Offering Both In-Person & Telehealth Sessions

What you need & want matter.

Find your voice and develop the confidence to live the life you want.

Welcome

At the heart of our work together is the goal of supporting you in being unapologetically YOU.

When you are unclear about, ignore, hide or change who you are to suit the needs or expectations of others then you are living out of alignment with your truest self. When you do this you are likely to find yourself overwhelmed or challenged by anxiety, grief, self-criticism, discontent, resentment, or anger.  You may feel stuck, lost, confused, frozen or unsure about next steps in life.

Changing these experiences and finding relief can only occur when we face the truth of who we are and what we are experiencing.  It is my honor to facilitate the process that will allow you to identify and embrace your core values, wants, and needs so you can be authentically you, finding relief, feeling more confident, and experiencing more choice and agency in your life.

Embrace Yourself

If you are an expert at putting other people’s needs and wants ahead of your own (often at the expense of your own) then you are likely to experience one or more of the following:

• You are in a care-giving position (teacher, nurse, parent, elder care, etc.)

• You grew up in a family system that was unable to recognize and accept your own unique experience.

• You believe it is selfish to think of yourself first.

• You are incredibly independent and almost never ask for help (even though you secretly want some).

• You desperately want to be taken care of but would never admit it.

• You constantly worry about what others think of you.

• You have a never ending list of “shoulds” that dictate your every move.

• You feel like you are always failing or you never feel “good enough.”

• You feel disconnected from yourself or “don’t know who you are.”

• You have difficulty creating and keeping boundaries.

• You rarely speak up for yourself.

• You feel resentment.

Sound familiar? I CAN HELP.

About Jennie Beuhler

Change is possible. I have experienced this change myself and witnessed these transformations in my clients. Therapy is not for the faint of heart and true transformation begins with a willingness to examine all aspects of oneself. The therapeutic process can be a long and complex journey that requires honesty, a non-judgmental stance, and self-compassion. I am honored to join you in this process.
